APRICOT-DATE JAM 
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

Soak the apricots in pineapple juice. Puree all the ingredients in a blender. Use as a jam. May wish to thin down with juice to make a sauce for waffles. 30 calories a tablespoon.
