VEGETABLE MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 c. shredded carrots
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook and cool macaroni. Add vegetables and mix. Mix together milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Pour over macaroni and stir. Chill and serve.

NOTE: 1/2 of the dressing mixture is enough, can store the other half to use later.
