1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. stewed pinto beans
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. diced raw apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter and add eggs, beans and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients; add to sugar mix. Add apples, raisins, nuts coated with 1/2 cup flour. Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.
