LEFTOVER ROAST BEEF VEGETABLE
SOUP
 
I was at my Mom's and she had this on the stove - it was great. So simple but so good! She said the Beau Monde seasoning is what makes it!

1 small beef roast, cooked, or leftovers from a larger roast (chuck roast is fine)
1 (15 oz.) can beef stock
refill the beef stock can completely with water and add to pot
4 large carrots, coined
4 stalks celery, cut into pieces
1 large onion, sliced into thin strips
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans green beans, drained
4 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning from spice island (this is the secret ingredient!)

Put it all in a pot and cook until the vegetables are done.
