CHILI RELLENO'S 
Green Ortega chilis
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
Jack cheese
Salsa

Rinse off green chiles and pat dry. Separate 6 egg yolks and whites. Beat whites until fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add 6 tablespoons of flour to egg yolks, then fold into whites. Cut up Jack cheese and stuff into chiles. Dip chiles to coat with egg mixture and fry until brown. Serve with salsa.
