QUICK CHILI RELLENOS 
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans Ortega chilies
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
6 eggs

Mix cheese together. Slice chilies open and lay flat. Grease a 9"x13" dish. Make 3 layers of cheese and chilies. Beat milk and eggs, pour over cheese and chilies mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
