BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. macadamia nuts
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling (chilled)
1 stick butter
12 oz. soft cream cheese
1 pt. whipping cream

CRUST: Mix butter and flour by hand until it doesn't stick to hands. You may have to add up to 1/4 cup more flour. Add nuts. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Flute sides and cut with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING: Whip cream cheese and add sugar; beat. Add vanilla. Whip hard whipping cream and add slowly to cheese mixture. Pour into cooled pie shell and chill overnight. Just before serving, spread blueberries on top.
