CREAM CHEESE BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
1 2/3 c. (11) graham crackers
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can blueberry, cherry, or strawberry pie filling
1 med. Cool Whip

Combine graham crackers, 1/4 cup of the sugar, melted butter, and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add well-beaten eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and cream well.

Pour cream cheese mixture over crumb crust and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. Spoon blueberry filling over top and refrigerate until set. Spread Cool Whip on top before serving.
