QUICK CHILI RELLENO 
7 oz. can seeded green chilies
1 lb. cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Bisquick

Spread green chilies in a 2 quart baking pan. Top with 1 pound grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
