BACON AND SAUSAGE ROLL-UPS 
1 lb. butter, room temp.
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. herb dressing mix
4 eggs
1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
4-5 lbs. thin sliced bacon

Mix ingredients together. Chill. Roll into log shaped pieces. Wrap bacon around sausage. Place on cookie sheet with end of bacon on bottom. Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp and brown. These may be cooked and frozen, then warm later.
