BACON SAUSAGE BREAKFAST BAKE 
10 slices sandwich bread, remove crusts
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 lb. bacon
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. (1 can) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can regular milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Grease 9"x13" pan. Break bread and place to cover the bottom of the pan. Spread grated cheese. Cover with cooked and drained sausage and bacon. Beat eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour this over the bread, cheese, sausage and bacon. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix the soup and 1/2 can of milk together. Pour this over everything else. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese the last 10 minutes.
