PORK CHOP AND POTATO SCALLOP | |
4-6 pork chops 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 8 c. sliced potatoes Salt and pepper Brown chops in heavy skillet. Blend soup and water. Stir in sour cream. In a large casserole alternate layers of sliced potatoes, salt, pepper and soup mixture. Top with pork chops. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
