SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH PORK
CHOPS
 
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. water

Brown pork chops in oil and season. Set aside. In medium saucepan melt butter, add flour and stir. Add salt, pepper, bouillon and water. Bring to a boil and stir until thickened slightly.

In a 9"x13" glass pan layer sliced potatoes, onion, pour sauce over, then put pork chops on top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 to 30 minutes longer.
