MEATBALLS WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix together and shape into balls, then brown. Add 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 1/2 hour. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.
