CHICKEN IN LEMON CAPER BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. capers
1 chicken or 4 breasts, cut in bite-size pieces

Put all ingredients except chicken in skillet and bring to a boil; add chicken. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with rice.
