CHICKEN IN LEMON DILL BUTTER 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. cut up chicken
1/4 lb. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Melt butter in skillet. Add all ingredients (except chicken) in order given and bring to a boil, but do not actually boil. Cover skillet, lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
