QUICK ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Press into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Yields 6-8 servings.
