CHINESE SESAME SALAD 
1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded (Napa cabbage)
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1 box sesame seeds
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crunched (discard seasoning packet)
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. sliced almonds

Combine cabbage and onions; store in plastic bag. Brown sesame seeds, almonds, and noodles in butter and set aside. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cool completely. Combine all ingredients and toss before serving.
