CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Season-All
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 med. carrot, cut into strips
1 green pepper, chunked
1 red pepper, cubed
1 lb. egg noodles
1 c. mushrooms

In medium bowl, blend first 4 ingredients. Add chicken, carrots, peppers and toss to coat. Prepare noodles and drain. Combine chicken and vegetables mixture and stir fry until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms and stir fry another minute. Add noodles and mix.
