CHICKEN STIR FRY 
4 chicken breast, skinned
1 lg. red pepper, cut into 1/4" strips
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. ginger root, finely chopped
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 1/2 c. pea pods
Cooked rice or Chinese noodles

Toss first four ingredients plus 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok over high heat until hot. Add chicken mixture, garlic and ginger root; cook and stir until chicken is heated. Add broccoli and pea pods. Cook and stir 4 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
