SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato puree
2 cans tomato soup
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 pepperoni
2 sausage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Saute meat, onion, pepper. Put into crockpot add rest of ingredients. Cook on high for 2 hours. Simmer on low overnight. If desired add meatballs and simmer for 4 hours next day. Best if cooked 2 days.

MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
12 saltine crackers
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper

Dice onion, peppers. Add egg and spices. Mix in hamburger, add crackers. If too dry add 1/4 cup milk. Microwave for 10 minutes after forming balls. Drain fat. Put in crockpot with sauce. Cook 4 hours. Makes 24 medium meatballs.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
