SWISS STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
16-oz. can diced tomatoes
12-oz. can tomato soup
1 tsp. celery salt
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
salt and pepper to taste

Cut steak into four pieces, trim fat. Coat steak with flour. In dutch oven, pour oil and brown meat over medium-high setting. Add tomatoes, soup, celery salt and onion rings. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook over a low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
