ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
6 pork chops (1 inch thick cuts)

Combine glaze ingredients and cook in microwave or on stovetop until thick. Boil or grill chops 5 to 7 minutes per side (or until juices run clear), basting with glaze as meat cooks. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
