ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS | |
4 double cut loin pork chops 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. orange rind 1 tbsp. chopped pecans 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. corn bread stuffing 1/4 c. corn syrup 1/2 tsp. orange rind Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in orange juice and rind, pecans, salt, and stuffing. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and fill pockets with stuffing mix. Place in a shallow pan. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes. Brush frequently with orange glaze. Make glaze with last 2 ingredients. |
