ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS | |
4 or 5 center cut pork chops 1 c. orange juice 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar (either light or dark) While browning both sides of 4 or 5 center cut pork chops in an appropriate frying pan, mix together the orange juice, vinegar, and brown sugar (either light or dark). Pour the above liquid mixture onto the browned chops. Simmer in the covered frying pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning once. If the sauce looks too thin, gently increase the heat for the last 10 minutes. A low effort dinner element; can be accompanied with rice or other time conscious items to provide an easy meal. |
