PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 med. potato
1 or 2 chops per person
Onions
Mustard
Splash of water

Slice potatoes, spread in baking dish of appropriate size to hold chops. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Spread mustard over chops to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired. Slice onions and arrange over all. Pour a little water in the pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees 30-35 minutes.
