PORK HAM LOAF 
12 lbs. ham & 5 lbs. pork, ground together
3 qts. stale bread, cubed (about 2 long sandwich loaves)
3 qts. milk
15 eggs, unbeaten

SAUCE:

3 c. brown sugar
9 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients and spread in baking pans 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and glaze with the sauce. Mix all sauce ingredients well and heat. Spread over meat loaf, return it to the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
