PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 cans vegetable soup
6 lg. potatoes
1 onion (small)
6 lg. pork chops
Salt and pepper

In 8 x 12 inch pan or other similar dish pour the 2 cans of vegetable soup, undiluted. Peel and slice potatoes and spread over vegetables. Slice onion and spread over potatoes, salt and pepper this. Place pork chops over the potatoes, etc., salt and pepper these.

Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done. Remove cover and let chops brown, for extra flavor slice Cheddar cheese or chops and melt.
