PORK AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 head shredded cabbage
4 med. potatoes, sliced

Brown both sides of pork chops well in oil in large skillet over medium heat. Toss remaining ingredients well in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange browned chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
