VEGETABLE PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
6 lean pork chops 6 lg. onion slices 6 slices green pepper 6 slices fresh tomato 1 pkg. buttermilk HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix (prepared) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown salted pork chops quickly in oil. Spray bottom of large baking dish with Pam; place chops in dish, place one slice onion, tomato, and green pepper on top of chops. Pour all of the Ranch dressing over the pork chops; cover and bake 1 hour. The remaining liquid is very good spooned over cooked rice. |
