PORK CHOPS AND VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
5 med. potatoes, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. peas
1 can tomatoes, chopped with garlic
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper

Mix all vegetables except tomatoes. Place in casserole dish. Pour tomatoes over vegetables; season to taste. Place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
