PORK CHOPS WITH VEGETABLES 
6-8 lean boneless pork chops
4 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) green beans, French style, partially thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 can water
4 carrots, cut into 1/2" strips
3 stalks celery, cut into 1/2" strips
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
Nature's Seasoning
Paprika
Thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Place potatoes into large baking dish and sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning. Add green beans. Trim excess fat from pork chops, sprinkle with paprika. Add remaining vegetables. Mix soups and water together; well and add to pan. Cook for 1 hour. Remove from oven and place the Swiss cheese over the top of the casserole. Let stand about 15 minutes. Goes well with rice.
