PORK CHOP VEGETABLE - CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. carrots
1 can chicken soup
1 can water
1/3 c. rice

Brown pork chops in 2 quart casserole. Add celery, carrots and rice. Pour soup-water over chops. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
