PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 lean pork chops
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. liquid
1 tbsp. salt

Brown pork chops and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in an ungreased 8 x 12 inch casserole. Place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
