PORK CHOPS AND NOODLES 
4 pork chops
Mustard
Flour
Oil
Can chicken noodle soup

Spread chops with mustard; cover with light coating of flour; brown in small amount cooking oil. Place in shallow baking pan or dish. Pour on 1 can of soup, spreading noodles evenly over 4 chops. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Chops come out fork tender.

HINT: For small families, after browning in fat, place on wax paper covered cookie tray, put in freezer until frozen. Then bag individual pieces in ziplock freezer bag. When ready to use take as many chops as needed and bake using only part of soup.
