SAUCY PORK AND NOODLE BAKE 
1 c. cubed cooked pork
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. narrow noodles, uncooked
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 tbsp. sliced pimento
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely diced green pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees (quick moderate). Brown meat in melted shortening in skillet. When meat is well browned, drain excess fat from skillet; add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 1-quart casserole; bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2 generous servings.
