MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables until tender. Put in greased casserole. Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise and spread over vegetables. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Spread over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
