MIXED VEGETABLE MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can clear beef broth
1 c. mixed vegetables (frozen)
1 can French fried onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 c. cubed potatoes or hash browns
2 tbsp. flour
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry potatoes slow in 3 tablespoons oil until done. Meantime, brown hamburger meat; drain grease. Add 1/3 can onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and flour. Mix in the broth mixed vegetables and cook 10 minutes. Place cooked potatoes in bottom of greased 9 x 9 inch dish. Top with meat and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the onion rings over this and cover with cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven until cheese melts.
