CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chicken meat, cooked and diced
2 bags vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or mixed)
2 cans creamed soup (use your favorite) - do not add water
Mushrooms, optional
2-3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Bread crumbs or crushed croutons

Layer in a 9x13 casserole dish as follows: Vegetable, chicken, mushrooms. Spread soup over the top of these. Top with Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
