CHICKEN-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 fryer, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. water
4 carrots
1 box frozen lima beans
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Roll chicken in flour and spice mixture. Brown in butter. Add water, carrots, cut into thin strips and lima beans. Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are done. Then stir in 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Good served over rice.
