POTATO AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 frozen pkg. mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. tater tots

In large skillet, brown meat and onions; drain. Add condensed soups and vegetables, then transfer mixture to a casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese and cover top completely with tater tots. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for pot lucks.
