PORK RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. pork steak
2 c. chopped celery
2 sm. onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute Rice)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Trim fat from pork steak, cube and brown. Place browned pork and all other ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Halfway through cooking, stir and cook another 45 minutes. Serves 4.

Do not substitute pork steak with pork chops.
