WILD RICE CASSEROLE WITH PORK
CHOPS
 
1 c. uncooked wild rice, soak overnight
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix everything except pork chops and cream of mushroom soup together. Brown pork chops. Mix the above ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Put pork chops on top. Pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 cup of milk. Bake covered 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
