POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, at room temperature 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 2 c. corn flakes 1/3 c. butter Mix together and put in a 9x13 inch glass dish. Put 2 cups crushed corn flakes over top. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter over top of flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8. |
