POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, room temperature
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated cheese

Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper, onion. Put into casserole dish (9 x 13 inch pan). Drizzle with butter; bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until potatoes are done. Put cheese on top and melt.
