BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli cuts
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain and mash. Add 1/2 stick butter and the cream cheese; mix well. Place into casserole. Melt other 1/2 stick butter and add it to the stuffing. Put it on top of broccoli. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
