MRS. LLOYDS BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 2 eggs, well beaten 1 med. onion, minced fine 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix Cook and drain broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion. Stir in broccoli and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Combine butter and stuffing; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
