CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
2 boxes of frozen broccoli (20 oz.)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix

Cook broccoli and drain. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Tear chicken in chunks and place over broccoli. Mix soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Next put layer of cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Spread a layer over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. During last 15 minutes of baking, remove foil.
