CHICKEN/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sharp cheddar cheese

Layer drained broccoli in bottom of casserole dish, spoon over 1/2 sauce of combined sour cream and soup. Cover with cheese, layer chicken on top of this, spoon rest of sauce over chicken, cover top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.

NOTE: Mix sour cream and soup together to make sauce. May also use 9 chicken thighs instead of breasts.
