1 stick butter
1 c. celery (sliced thin)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cans LeSeur peas (drained)
1 jar pimento (drained)
1 sm. can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sociable crackers

Saute first 4 ingredients. Mix with next 4 ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Top with crumbled sociable crackers. Bake 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
